Our Video Handpicking is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00. During the video call you can select the items you are most interested in with help from our team.
Booking costs €20, which will be deducted from the final order total. We charge this amount to prevent no-show bookings. If you do not make any purchase, the €20 will be refunded.
The minimum order to use this service is €500.
The video call lasts a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
To complete the booking you must provide your name and phone number. Once we receive your request, we will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the appointment.
If you tell us in advance what type of items or categories you are looking for, we can prepare the selection better and speed up the video call.

How do I book a handpicking session?
On this page you choose the date and format (in person in Bétera or by video call) and we confirm via WhatsApp.
How much does the service cost?
€20 per session, deducted from the final amount if you buy during the visit.
How long does a session last?
Between 45 and 90 minutes depending on how many pieces you want to go through.
Can I do it if I don't live near the warehouse?
Yes, we offer live video calls: our team shows you the items in real time and you decide on the spot.
Is there a minimum purchase for handpicking?
There's no mandatory minimum, but since it's a one-to-one service we recommend selections of at least 15-20 pieces to make the session worthwhile.
Can I combine handpicking with a lot by the kilo?
Yes, many customers first book a base lot by the kilo and then add specific hand-selected pieces.
