What is handpicking?

A service where you choose, item by item, exactly what you take: at our Bétera warehouse or by video call. If you prefer, tell us the style you're after, we select the pieces for you and send you photos to approve before shipping.

How much does it cost to book a session?

€20 for both video call and in-person sessions, and it's deducted from your final order.

Where is the warehouse?

In Bétera (Valencia). If you can't come, we run the session by video call wherever you are.

Can I make a claim if something arrives in poor condition?

Yes, you have 48h from delivery to make a claim with photos.
