Questionsquestions
What do Grade A, Grade B and Premium mean?
Grade A is an item with no stains, holes or tears, with all buttons and zips present and working, and only minimal vintage wear. Grade B is an item with some defect (a stain, hole, tear or noticeable wear) that is sold as such, at a lower price and always disclosed. Premium is not a condition grade: it means a high-end brand such as Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, Burberry, Tommy Hilfiger, Fred Perry, Carhartt, Dickies or The North Face, among others. A Premium item can be Grade A or Grade B.
How many faulty items can a lot contain?
At least 90% of the items in a lot are Grade A. Because sorting is done by hand, up to 10% of items may have faults; this percentage is a tolerance limit, not a fixed quota. If it goes over 10%, the difference will be compensated on your next order. It's explained in full in the V4O Grading Standard.
Are the photos on the product pages of the lot I'll receive?
The photos come from real lots prepared in our Bétera warehouse. They are not renders or supplier catalogue images. Since every lot is made up of different items, they show you the type, style and condition, not a specific item.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: the minimum order is the one shown on each product page. It varies by lot, so check the product page before buying. If you have any questions, message us on WhatsApp at +34 697 36 34 98.
Do prices include VAT? Do you issue invoices?
The prices you see include VAT. The invoice can be downloaded from the order itself, in your order settings. There's no need to request it by email.
I'm a business in another EU country. Can you remove the VAT?
Yes. Intra-EU VAT is applied and removed at checkout for businesses in the European Union with a valid VAT number. Just enter it during checkout.
How long do you take to prepare and ship an order?
We prepare your order within 24 working hours and you receive it in 24-48h in mainland Spain. We work Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30, so lead times are counted in working days. Free shipping within Spain on orders over €600.
Do you ship to Europe? How much does it cost?
Yes, we ship to Europe. The cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, with delivery in 3-5 working days.
What's the difference between standard and priority shipping?
You can choose either. Priority means your order leaves the warehouse ahead of regular shipments. It's dispatch priority, not a different courier service.
Can I collect my order from the warehouse?
Yes. Your order will be ready for collection within 24h at Calle Marqués de Dos Aguas 5, 46117 Bétera (Valencia). You can come by Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 17:30.
What is pre-order and how long does it take?
Pre-order is a reservation on stock that isn't in the warehouse yet. Lead time is 2 to 5 weeks. If your order mixes pre-order with in-stock items, let us know and we'll organise it with you.
Do you accept returns? How do I make a claim if a lot doesn't meet the standard?
We sell exclusively to professionals: this is a B2B sale and the 14-day withdrawal right that applies to consumer sales does not apply. If a lot exceeds 10% faulty items, you have 48h from delivery to make a claim by sending us photos at support@vintage4originals.com or on WhatsApp. If the claim is valid, it is compensated on your next order.
Should I buy by the piece, by the kilo or through handpicking?
By the piece, you choose a category or brand and the lot arrives ready to list: it's the most predictable option. By the kilo, your cost per item is lower but you get a bit of everything and have to process much more volume. With handpicking you choose item by item, at the warehouse or by video call. We compare them in full on this page.
What margin can I expect?
Estimate based on the resale prices our customers report to us: between +100% and +200% on the lot price. This is not a promise of income. You can run your own numbers with the return calculator.
