Shipping policy

Overview
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on our website. Vintage4Originals S.L. ships exclusively to business customers (B2B) and wholesale buyers.

Shipping locations
We currently ship to selected countries where wholesale distribution of vintage clothing is supported. Customers must confirm that shipping is available to their location before placing an order.

Processing time
Large wholesale orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated when the order is confirmed.

Some products may be available as pre-order. This means that the product is temporarily out of stock and that its preparation and dispatch may take between 2 and 5 weeks.

Shipping options and estimated delivery time
We offer two shipping methods, which the customer can select during checkout:

Priority shipping: leaves the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.
Standard shipping: leaves the warehouse within 2 to 4 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and logistical circumstances.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination of the order, and the selected shipping method. For approved returns, shipping is free.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Customers will receive the tracking information by email once the order has been shipped.

Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping:

Notify our team within 48 hours after delivery.
Provide photos of the packaging and the items if they are damaged.

Claims reported after this period may not be eligible.
