
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
Vintage4Originals S.L. operates as a B2B wholesale supplier, catering exclusively to professionals, businesses, and resellers interested in vintage and second-hand clothing.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing as a business customer
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of defective and non-defective products, subject to the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
- Products must not be damaged due to misuse after delivery.
Because our products consist of mixed lots of vintage clothing, variations in styles, colors, brands, and sizes are normal. These variations are not considered valid reasons for return.
Returns will only be accepted in cases of clear error on the part of Vintage4Originals S.L.
Return Authorization
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at:
support@vintage4originals.com
Include the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photographs of the product if it is defective or damaged
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Non-Return Conditions
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:
- The product not being to the buyer's liking
- Dissatisfaction with the selection of garments
- Differences in styles or brands within mixed wholesale lots
These purchases are intended for resale purposes.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the return is a consequence of a verified error on the part of Vintage4Originals S.L.
Returned items must be sent properly packaged and in the same condition in which they were received.
Refund Process
If a return is approved:
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
- Refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit (a voucher to use on our website).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the error was ours.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, you may return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order using your store credit.
Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives visibly damaged, you must notify our team within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged product
Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for review.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
