REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Vintage4Originals, we work with second-hand and vintage garments, selected and categorized for wholesale to professionals, businesses, and resellers.
Due to the nature of this type of product, garments may show normal signs of wear or aging typical of vintage fashion.

Our goal is to offer a transparent and clear experience, expressly establishing the conditions applicable to claims, returns, and refunds.


1. Conditions for accepting returns

Given that all orders are placed in a wholesale format and contain multiple units, claims or returns will only be accepted when the following conditions are simultaneously met:

  • That 35% or more of the total garments in the order show serious defects not consistent with the nature of vintage clothing, such as significant tears, structural damage, or defects that prevent their use or resale.

  • That the customer contacts Vintage4Originals within a maximum period of 5 business days from the receipt of the order.

For clarification, in an order of 10 garments, at least 4 must show serious unspecified defects for the claim to be considered.


2. Unaccepted cases

Returns or claims will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Minor wear, small stains, discoloration, loose seams, or other minor imperfections typical of vintage clothing.

  • Subjective or personal reasons, such as commercial expectations, style preferences, sizing, or brand selection.

  • Orders in which less than 35% of the garments show serious defects.

  • Requests made outside the established period.

  • Garments that have been manipulated, washed, altered, or resold after their reception.

These conditions are part of the Terms and Conditions of Purchase and are expressly accepted when placing an order.


3. Claim procedure

To initiate a claim, the customer must:

  1. Contact us by email at vintage4originals@gmail.com, indicating the order number.

  2. Attach clear and sufficient photographs of the affected garments that allow their condition to be assessed.

Vintage4Originals will review the request and communicate its resolution within a maximum period of 3 business days.


4. Incident resolution

Once the claim has been evaluated and its validity confirmed, Vintage4Originals reserves the right to decide the form of resolution, which may consist, at its discretion, of:

  • A total or partial refund of the corresponding amount, or

  • Product replacement, by sending substitute garments of similar characteristics, or

  • Issuance of a credit balance for future purchases.

The choice of solution will be made based on stock availability, the nature of the incident, and logistical and commercial criteria.


5. Shipping costs

In all cases where a return or replacement is authorized:

  • Shipping costs arising from the process will in all cases be borne by the customer, unless expressly indicated otherwise by Vintage4Originals.


6. Refunds

In the event that the adopted resolution is a refund:

  • This will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • The maximum period for its processing will be 10 business days from the acceptance of the resolution or from the receipt of the returned product, as applicable.


7. Legal framework

This policy conforms to the usual practices of wholesale trade of vintage and second-hand clothing and applies in a B2B context, without prejudice to the applicable current legal regulations.
